How to get more people otdoors in the urban areas?
Inspired by the Situationist International, Tribuna makes the street like a stage - a micro-event observatory, making an obvious happening like a spectacle (Guy Debord). Furthermore, the everyday weather is articulated through various forms of visual and sonic instruments - metal, wood or ceramic bars, micro-bells, glass or ceramic pieces suspended on the roof, so the rain and wind can hit them.
The construction concept was developed to be made of wood or metal beams. It is fully mobile, so its location can change according to the local interest. The structure is simple, yet modular and can change to video-projection room or a stage for street performers.
